“Real Food: ingredients & techniques”

If you learn how to make a great risotto, and how to choose and combine ingredients, it doesn’t matter where you are, you will be able to prepare a great risotto with whatever ingredients you have available . 
 

Buonissimo organises workshops, cooking classes, and short educational programs for adults and children on healthy and balance diets.

 

Kids Activities

Do you have a little chef home? Or a great cookie monster? Giving children the opportunity to learn how to cook and bake has great educational value.
You can get your hands dirty and you learn using the senses, because food is not only taste, but also sight, smell, touch and hearing. It's a game with plenty ops for creativity, but it's also practicing focus, dexterity, and ability to wait. And then what a great feeling to enjoy the results of your own work!  

 

Courses are made of a series of lessons held on saturdays or in the evenings, and dedicated to those who wish to learn the basics and/or to increase their skills. Ingredients & Techniques levels 1, 2 and 3.

In October 2023 we start the Level 1 of Italian cooking lessons: four four-hour lessons mostly on saturdays from 11:00 till 15:00.

These lessons are in Dutch but If like to have the lessons in English and you have a group of friends (min 6) and certain dates in mind get in touch with us. We can make it happen! 

 

Workshops take place on Saturdays or Sundays and are usually a four/five-hour event focused on a specific topic. This year we have planned Fresh Pasta for Beginners and advances.

 

Online classes and corporate events: Buonissimo organizes corporate events online and in person based on Buonissimo cooking classes programs or customized according to client specific requirements.

Buonissimo is also glad to host special events held by Chefs or experts in food and nutrition.

 

Tasting and assessing the quality of the food produced during the workshops/courses is part of the learning process: first we cook, then we taste!
